How to feel more confident

If you want to feel more confident in your body today, try looking at it less and living life in it more.
get out there and go for a walk
   hug a friend
        really taste your food
          savor your relationships
             dance to 80’s music in your kitchen
                take a deep breath.
Then say “thanks” because your awesome body is making all that possible​!
